Mount Abang is the highest peak of Mount Batur caldera. This mountains with an altitude of 2,152 meters above sea level is located at the north east of Mount Batur. To do hiking at this mountain, we will a fairly dense tropical forest for about 2 hours and 30 minutes. Walking for 90 minutes followed by a flat road through the uphill track is quite slippery. It is strongly recommended to you before making the hiking in Mount Abang to prepare a good hiking shoes.

After about an hour walking on the slippery uphill road, we will arrive at highest point of this mountain.
