EXCELLENTVerified The view is worth the climb Mount Batur is a humbling climb, but the beauty at the top is well worth the effort. Our guide Jetta was patient and kind. I highly recommend, but would caution that it is not for weak hearted.Verified Great experience We did the sunrise jeep tour with them. Pick up was punctual with our driver Bot making sure we were well on time. Carik our jeep driver was excellent as well. He gave us information about the volcano and took us to a quieter spot so that we had the sunrise all to ourselves without any other cars around. He also took some great pictures of us while on the tour. Can't recommend them enough.Verified Great choice, if you want to visit Mount Batur!:) Me and my girlfriend went to the Mount Batur trekking tour, and it was amazing!The trekking is not too easy, but much better feeling if you go to the summit by yourself with a guide!:)Our guide was nice, funny, and he took a lot of great pictures about us! The Batur Springs was very nice, especially after the trekking, the hot natural water feels so good for your legs, and muscles!:)We visited one beautiful coffee plantation as well, and there you can try the world-wide famous Kopi Luwak coffee too!Our driver was nice, accurate and funny too! The tour is fully private, and you can experience this for a very good price too!Highly recommend for everybody!:)Verified Incredible Experience, Incredible Guides I have so many positive things to say about this experience and also the hugely experienced and professional guides Jatayu and Lanang. The hike is challenging but perfectly achievable for most. Jatayu and Lanang knew the route up and down the volcano so very well and looked after us like family both ways. They always matched our pace, making sure all 7 of us stayed together and ensured we were well fed with tasty breakfast and hot drinks at the top of the ascent. They helped us capture photos together at sunrise and were always smiling! Myself and the whole group enjoyed their company massively they are great guys. On the way down we decided to challenge ourselves by jogging down the volcano which was really fun and Jatayu was happy to take part and lead us down at speed. Not necessary at all but we all loved it! It’s an extremely rewarding feeling to get to the top and see the sunrise. I highly recommend it. It’s well worth the early start.The hotel transfer was easy, timely and efficient and they allowed us to stop off on the way to the volcano for supplies. The driver, Wayan, arrived on time and we were one of the first few to reach the starting point for the hike. At first, we were going to just wait for the sunrise from the jeep as it was a cloudy day up at the summit but our guide Carik advised us when it was possible to go on the hike to the mid-point as the skies had cleared up a little. The view was definitely better up there and we almost had the whole place to ourselves. Carik also had a great eye for photography and helped us take really nice shots for our memories which we cherish. Highly recommend Bagus Bali and especially Tana for anyone looking to do this trek!Verified A Spectacular experience I have always declined any activities that requirements getting up early but this time I decided to do it just because hiking or doing anything during the day in Bali is just too hot so I can sleep in. Our guide was Jatayu, a very kind and knowledgeable guide. He was patient with my friend who was slower and took his time to go at our pace. To go from the darkness to the morning rise, and the spectacular view was incredible. A simple breakfast made by the local while looking down at the water and village below, while Jatayu share stores of how he grew up there was awesome. The hot springs really topped it off with the beautiful view and great accommodation. Also have to mention, even the driver, Hadi that picked us up was accommodating making it a great experience.
