EXCELLENTVerified Mount Batur Sunrise Summit Hike The Mount Batur sunrise trek was a great experience. Adi our guide was really friendly and helpful in this tour. Thoroughly enjoyed myself!Verified Wow, what a view! You have to wake up early, but the reward is priceless! Very kind guide, Kliwan, who helped us to being on time for sunrise but was still considered to take enough breaks where needed. And really nice breakfast as well :)Verified 3-hour sleep for sunrise Must-do activity in our plan during Bali stay was to see sunrise and my friend and I did it with early wake up at 2.30😅 after 2-hour way from Canggu we changed car to jeep with guide Carik and moved to Batur. It was interesting 30-minute road with ups, downs, swings on mostly stones as we do remember Batur is a volcano.On a point of 1350 meters we had light breakfast with hot tea which was needed, did some pictures of stars and starting sunrise and moved a bit lower where had a great view of sunrise, mounts and lake. And Carik did us great photos, special thanks for them🤗Verified Hike up Mount batur Got picked up exactly on time and taken to the bottom of the Mountain where we began our assent. Had the best walk up followed with a lovely breakfast and a very knowledgeable and lovely tour guide (Tana Adp). Would highly recommend, was such a good experience 👍🏻Verified You Have to Do This!! This was such a special morning and a true highlight of our Southeast Asia vacation! Started early morning with 3:00 am pickup time and met our guide Kliwan around 3:30 to start the journey. The trek went extremely well under Kliwan's direction and guidance. It took us close to 2 hours as we took our time with some rests, pictures and of course soaking it all in. We took "the more difficult" path up and I will tell you, if you are fit enough to walk a few miles then you should be just fine. The views at the top are truly amazing, one of a kind and one's you will never forget! Do yourself a favor and do the private tour and ask for Kliwan! He made excellent banana sandwiches to go with breakfast, gave fantastic information about his area, was patient and was a true professional! The hot springs afterward was a very nice reward for the mornings work.Verified Just Magical and a must do! We went on a private tour with our kids (12 years old). Hotel pickup was perfect, communication through whatsapp worked like a charme. The best (beside the sunrise) was our guide Donn. He had a lot of patience with our girls, explained all questions and he adjusted the path and speed according to our needs. At the top he also made such great photos, not only the best spots but also the photos he took - stunning.The sunrise is absolutely magical, it was an experience we will never forget.We were also lucky to see some of the monkeys and Donn explained as well why they live there etc. We had a lot of fun!Verified Awesome The views were amazing, and we really enjoyed the trek up Mt Batur with our guide.
